    That verbalizing what you are seeing is so helpful. One of my children has Aspergers/ADHD and I’ve long noticed that needs to talk constantly to process his thoughts. It was good to make the connection with drawing, because I know for myself (probably ADD too) that I always remember things better (like a name or phone number) when I say it out loud. I’ve never tried it for drawing but I will!

    Very helpful. I’m going to go from an 8.5 x 5.5 to a 7 x 10. I’ve been avoiding medium journals (more paper per page to mess up) but now I can understand how larger might be more useful Thanks John!
