Birder’s Field Journal FUNdamentals

Why is it so challenging to learn and remember the plumage, songs, and details of the lives of birds? What if there were simple tricks to help you observe birds more deeply and remember your experiences more vividly? How can you get more out of every birding trip, make stronger memories, and have more fun? Learn how you can use words, pictures, and numbers to record your bird observations. Each of these modes of data collection will stretch your brain in different ways—they are fundamentally different and complementary. This program was presented in cooperation with the Richardson Bay Audubon Society.
