60-Second Bird Sketching for my 60th Birthday

April 12 @ 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm PDT

NOTE: This link connects you to the Wild Wonder store. Please CHECK OUT after you click Add to Cart, or your registration will not be recorded. This is required even if you register for free. After April 9, you’ll receive a second email with a link to join the class . Thanks for your support!

Got a minute? Sketch a bird! Join John Muir Laws, aka Jack, for a fun class on quick bird sketching (and this is ALSO a special celebration class in honor of his 60th birthday, so expect a party and some surprises!). This class is a great opportunity for you to learn how to draw birds from the award-winning artist and author who literally wrote the book on the subject. Drawing birds is a great way to learn about them.

A widely respected avian artist, Jack is continually refining his bird drawing techniques, and this class will include his latest ideas and tips to help you quickly capture birds on paper. Jack is the author of several books including the Laws Guide to Drawing Birds(more than 60,000 copies sold), which includes an introduction by respected author and bird artist David Allen Sibley. In that intro, Sibley wrote: “I wish this book had been available to me when I was starting out, because it is filled with tips and tricks that took me decades to learn.”

All ages and levels welcome.

*Can’t make it live? No worries! Sign up and we will email you the recording about 10 days after the event.
