Creative Fun with Visual Strategies for Non-Artists
October 11 @ 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm PDT
Perhaps, like me, you love to nature journal with both words and pictures but can be daunted by others’ artwork. Yet you still love having visual elements on the page! Join these four online sessions with Ayesha to learn, experiment with, and discuss some other really fun ways to get visuals onto your journal page. We will embrace our creativity without focusing on art expertise and have time to practice some strategies/shortcuts as well as share ideas.
All experience levels are welcome.
No registration is necessary.
- A FLASHLIGHT/headlamp (phone flashlight can do in a pinch).
- An interestingly shaped leaf or other natural object, if you can
- A journal or blank paper and preferred writing or drawing materials, color pencils or water colors.
- Your creativity and love of nature
This will be a four-part series.
Session 1 focus: Color strategies
Session 2 (Oct 11) focus: Shadows and Silhouettes
No recording will be available afterwards.
Note: Class is at 5 p.m. Pacific Time
