Junior Journalers Club: Launch Party (all ages welcome!)

The Junior Journalers Club is for tweens who love nature, art, writing, and science.

This is an event focused on the younger members of our community, but is also open to parents, educators, and mentors. After this launch party, you will need to register to attend our monthly meet-ups. “Tweens” generally refers to kids aged 9-12, but younger kids are welcome, too, especially if they have an adult or older sibling nearby if they need extra help. So excited for our very first monthly online club meeting on Sunday, April 10, 2022.

Hawaii time: 11am

Alaska time: 1pm

Pacific Daylight time: 2pm

Eastern time zone: 5pm

The theme for our launch party will be “Mixed Up Animals.” We will have a fun, quick project to do together, so make sure you have paper and art supplies nearby (I mean, really, you should ALWAYS have paper and art supplies nearby). If you’ve been nature journaling before, bring a favorite journal page to share, and if you haven’t, come ready to learn. Our first event is open to the public, and after this you have to be a member of our email list to get an invite.
