Join naturalist David Lukas and me for a discussion about how to use newsletters to share content and build community. Lucas uses newsletters to share nature observations and stories, along with photographs, to help him make a living, but newsletters could just as easily be used to meet any objective, including sharing journal pages for fun or building a following for a group. Lucas explores how newsletters will motivate you to create content and give you a place to share your content. We will also look at how his naturescape videos can be used to teach and practice nature journaling online.

David Lukas is a well-known naturalist and author who has studied and written extensively about the natural history and birds of the Sierra Nevada. He has also led thousands of natural history tours, classes, workshops, and presentations. David’s most recent project is producing a weekly nature newsletter at www.lukasguides.com.
