The Nature Journal Workshop (Zoom)

April 7, 2020 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm PDT

Understanding Cross-contour Lines: How to visualize form on spheres, cylinders, torus, and other organic forms.

Join John Muir Laws and the Nature Journal Club for journaling tips, techniques, inspiration, teaching strategies, and interviews. The meeting format starts with a tutorial, demonstration, or interview and then opens to a question-and-answer session. The first 100 people can join the live webinar and up to 1000 people will be able to view the live broadcast but not be able to ask questions. I will also make a recording of the workshop and post it on my blog. All ages and experience levels are welcome. I look forward to seeing you there! Add to icalendar.

I am disappointed that I could not join this meeting. Message was you had 100 attendees and I needed to leave. Your email said up to 1000 could participate but not ask questions.

How do I get to be one of the 101-1000?

    • John Muir Laws says:

Hi Joe, I don’t know why people are not added to my 1K participants cant get in. I am paying for the upgraded version. This should work. I think it is supposed to be automatic that if you can’t get in then you get to view. It is hard to get in touch with zoom tech support these days. I will keep trying. I know this must be really frustrating. Please bear with me. I am not really a tech guy so I am a bit over my head.

  2. Connie O’Hara says:

Is this session appropriate for a beginning sketcher?
Also, will you recommend a beginner’s book for sketching birds and nature, in general? Many thanks!

  3. Simone says:

these workshops sound very awesome. However, I will not be able to see these sessions live, due to circumstances. Is there a way to see them afterwards?
    With kind regards,
