Join me online on Sunday, July 19, at 4pm PDT for a FREE conversation with bestselling author and avid nature journaler, Amy Tan (shown in this photo from the 2019 Wild Wonder Nature Journaling Conference). Amy began nature journaling five years ago and since then has put in thousands of pencil miles in drawings and observations. She is a frequent contributor to the Nature Journal Club Facebook page (under the name Enmei Tan), where she shares drawings and pages from her “Backyard Chronicles,” a journal where she records observations about and drawings of the birds (and other visitors) at her backyard feeders. I was so honored when she agreed to write the foreword to my latest book, How to Teach Nature Journaling (coauthored with Emilie Lygren). I am very much looking forward to this conversation! This event is part of a speaker series called Conversations with Authors hosted by Book Passage, a beloved independent bookstore that has hosted events for more than four decades in the San Franciso Bay Area. The event is free but requires registration.
