Art and conservation: Snowy Plovers

Learn all about Snowy Plover life and conservation with Point Blue Scientists and learn tips to draw them in the field.

Join John Muir Laws and special guest Kriss Neuman, Principal Ecologist in the Pacific Coast and Central Valley Group at Point Blue, who has worked to protect Snowy Plovers since 1996. All ages and experience levels are welcome. No registration is necessary.

  • Your Journal and favorite drawing materials. Taking notes while you watch and participate will help you remember the new techniques and incorporate them into your journaling.
