Peace, Nature and Authenticity with Kim McNett
Join John Muir Laws and Alaskan artist-naturalist Kim McNett in a discussion about genuine artistic experiences. How do we define our own intentions and sense of authenticity? What does it mean to create from the heart? McNett will share how the work of John Muir Laws inspired authenticity in her work as an arts educator in Alaska. She will describe her most recent Plankton Mandala community project and will demonstrate how you can create your own nature-themed mandala in honor of the natural world. Join John Muir Laws for weekly live nature journaling workshops with tips, techniques, inspiration, teaching strategies, and interviews. Topics are usually announced in advance of the workshop. If special materials or class-specific downloads are available, you can find them here in the class description before the class. All ages and experience levels are welcome. No registration is necessary.
