SUMMARY:Tiny people with Nishant Jain
DESCRIPTION:Join Artist Nishant Jain for a delightful look at journaling tiny people.\n\n\n\n\nBio \n\n\n\nNishant will share drawings of real people from around the world\, gathered in dozens of sketchbooks\, to speak about how paying attention to human life is an important way to combat urban isolation and regain our attention spans. He will demonstrate his technique of drawing people in busy spaces\, and share pages from his upcoming\, crowd-funded book. \n\n\n\n\n\nHe is offering early-bird offers to interested kickstarter backers who sign up to be notified on launch: https://www.sneakyartist.com/kickstarter \n\n\n\n\n\nNishant is a writer and artist in Vancouver (Canada)\, making secret drawings of his world everywhere he goes. He publishes the SneakyArt Post\, a newsletter to over 21000 readers\, and is the author of “Make (Sneaky) Art”\, a book about how to build a sketchbook habit based on attention and observation. He is making his next book via Kickstarter – Tiny People in the Big World – the definitive field guide to people-watching! \n\n\n\n\nClick here to join the live workshop!\n\n\n\n\nSuggested donation: $20. Your donation helps support my family and me. Your generosity is deeply appreciated\, and it makes an immediate difference in my ability to continue to offer these programs. This donation is not tax-deductible. Click here to donate. If you are not able to donate at this time\, no problem–please continue to enjoy the classes and find another way to pay it forward in your community with acts of kindness and service. Thank you! \n\n\n\nIf you are new to Zoom or are having trouble with the meeting controls\, please see these notes and suggestions on Zoom Tips for Online Classes with John Muir Laws to help you get more out of the online workshop. When possible I will also make a recording of the workshop and post it on my blog. I look forward to seeing you there! \n\n\n\nBring\n\n\n\n\nYour Journal and favorite drawing materials. Taking notes while you watch and participate will help you remember the new techniques and incorporate them into your journaling.\n\n\n\nYour sense of humor!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease share if you like it!\n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n \n Share on X (Opens in new window)\n X\n \n Share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)\n LinkedIn\n \n Share on Reddit (Opens in new window)\n Reddit\n \n Share on Pinterest (Opens in new window)\n Pinterest\n More\n Share on Tumblr (Opens in new window)\n Tumblr\n \n Print (Opens in new window)\n Print
