Building 989 is in the Presidio (behind the bathrooms next to the Warming Hut). Building 989 doesn’t actually have a street address (the Presidio can get pretty confusing – most of the buildings don’t have addresses!) It’s at the intersection of Long Avenue and Marine Drive, If you’re using mapquest or GPS, the best thing would be to navigate to the Warming Hut at 983 Marine Drive. Navigate to the Hamilton St. Parking area at the end of Mason Street Walk toward the bridge. Pass the Warming Hut Bookstore and Cafe and the bathrooms. 989 is the last building before the long stretch of road leading to Fort Point. We will put up a sign at the 989 building entrance and near the parking lot to point you in the right direction. In 2020, part of Mason St. will be closed. You can find detour information here.
