The New Bird Drawing System (San Francisco)

For years I have taught the same system to quickly sketch birds in the field. Over the last few months my approach has changed radically. I think I can now get you drawing better birds with fewer lines. This refined system will help you get the basic bird shapes with less trouble and will avoid some of the problem areas that grew out of the old system. So join me for this songbird sketching workshop and we will bust some crazy birds.

Bring a sketchbook, your favorite drawing pencil, and a sharp non-photo blue pencil.

All ages and experience levels are welcome.  No registration necessary,
