How to build a journal page (Saratoga)

Kristin Meuser will present her step by step process of building a nature journal, page element by element, as you travel through your nature experience. Where to begin? She starts by creating a flexible grid which encourages areas for a page titles, conditions notation, color matching dots, notes and poetry/prose, close up sketches as well as sense of place landscapes. Kristin’s extensive background as a graphic designer and artist is what gives her pages a cohesive and delightful presence.

This class will be held in room SM36 at West Valley College. The closest parking lot is lot #2. You can purchase a parking permit at the dispenser in the lot for $2. Download a campus map with the location of the classroom here.
